“Whenever I sell an existing home, I give my customers a list of acceptable home inspectors from which they should choose one to check-out the house they plan to buy. Lately it seems that a high percentage of these buyers are contracting with First Look Home Inspection. Before the inspection, when I ask, 'why they decided to use first look'; consistently, I hear that it's because they are willing to work with our schedule and that they seem to offer so many more services for about the same price as others on the list. After the inspection, I hear that Joe or Keith were thorough, and took the time to explain to them 'how the house works' and what they will need to do to keep it working that way in the future.
Recently, I sold a 25 year old house. My customers were first time homebuyers and they chose First Look to check out their 'new' house. During the inspection, Keith found that the furnace was producing carbon monoxide gas at a dangerous level. The furnace was replaced (by the home warranty company) at no cost to them. This diligent inspection by First Look made the new home safe for the buyers, and may have saved the lives of the sellers as well.
I am happy to say, First Look Home Inspection should be your first choice.”
