“Whenever I sell an existing home, I give my customers a list of acceptable home inspectors from which they should choose one to check-out the house they plan to buy. Lately it seems that a high percentage of these buyers are contracting with First Look Home Inspection. When completing my condo inspection August 31, 2007, you graciously commented that if I had any questions in the future to call you. Well the time came on Wednesday, November 7. The previous morning I had no electricity in my full bath and later that day after finely filling my dishwasher (as I hadn't been cooking..) – I found my dishwasher didn't work!

You met me at my condo and addressed these issues quickly. 1) The GFI had to be reset which was located in my half bath downstairs. 2) As it turned out, the dishwasher turned on by a wall switch, which I'd never heard of before.

Needless to say I was imaging expensive fixes for the above problems – so I was pleasantly surprised because you stood by your word and took time out of your busy day to help me out. Thanks so much!
